  2. We will never disclose your personal information to anyone outside the Clubs members-list.
  3. We will never disclose your personal information to any member of our group of companies (this means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and all its subsidiaries) as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.

We only disclose your personal information:

  1. With your explicit consent; By explicit consent we do not mean accepting this privacy policy. Explicit Consent means that an individual is clearly presented with an option to agree or disagree with the collection, use, or disclosure of Personal Information and clearly indicates their choice.
  2. to the extent that we are required to do so by law;
  3. in connection with any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings;
  4. in order to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk);
